anyone watch that and think the kiss was hurtful? the look on anna's face was of confusion and hurt, not happiness....because josh is allowed / encouraged / expected to take charge, he did. trouble is, he didn't know what he was doing so he chose the refuge of the insecure - control. i do not hold high hopes for this marriage.

and i wonder at jimbob. is he intelligent or a robot? his condescending talk about the differences between women and men, and women's finding this one special day to be, well, special.....well, if by accident of birth you got the short stick and so you got to be inferior in your family's eyes, wouldn't you want one special day? one day when you get to be honored for who you are?

i am angry at a system that allows the duggar family to vote on my life [same-sex marriage] but doesn't allow me to vote on theirs. sure, this specific family may have investments that allow them not to work, but what are all the kidlings gonna live on? i'm betting it's tax dollars. and wow, how many deductions do they have???
